Yes. During the trial you use all Elite features for 14 days. A card is required, but it is not charged during the trial.

The trial is a subscription with 14 free days. You enter your card through Stripe and nothing is charged during the trial. We email you before it ends. If you do not cancel, the subscription continues as Pro at CHF 19 per month.

Pro costs CHF 19 per month and includes the coach, up to 3 connected broker accounts and automatic sync. Elite costs CHF 49 per month and adds unlimited accounts, trader psychology, trade replay and the geo macro monitor. An AI chat with the coach is in preparation for Elite.

Online in your subscription settings or without logging in on the cancellation page. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, your access stays until then.

Yes. Request a refund in writing, for example by email, within 14 days of the first charge, and we refund the first subscription fee in full. The subscription then ends. The guarantee applies once per person (terms, section 10).

No. The MetaTrader Expert Advisor has no order code, cTrader access is read only, and file imports have no connection to your account. TradeMentorX does not execute trades.

Credentials for account connections are stored encrypted. You do not provide credentials for MetaTrader: the Expert Advisor runs in your terminal and sends closed trades.

Yes, you can do both in the settings. Your account is deleted 14 days after you request it; until then you can cancel the deletion. Invoices are retained because of record keeping requirements.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We use service providers for operations such as hosting and the database. They are listed in the privacy policy.

Your data stays. You only lose access to the features of the higher plan. If you have more accounts connected than the new plan allows, all existing accounts keep running. A new one can only be added once you are below the limit.

Imports from MetaTrader 5, MetaTrader 4, cTrader, NinjaTrader, TradingView are tested with real accounts. 6 more paths are in beta. Otherwise upload your trades by CSV.

For MetaTrader 4 and 5, install the Expert Advisor in your terminal. It sends closed trades by itself while the terminal is running. For cTrader, connect your account with read only access. CSV files you export from your broker and upload.

MetaTrader sends each closed trade while the terminal is running. Broker connections such as cTrader (from Pro) sync automatically once a day or when you start a sync. CSV data is imported when you upload a file.

With Pro up to 3 broker accounts at the same time, with Elite as many as you like. On Free you connect one MetaTrader account via Expert Advisor.

The app checks every imported row. If the instrument is missing or a timestamp, price, amount or size is invalid, the row is excluded before saving and counted.

No. The app checks your imported trades against your own rules. It does not tell you what to trade: no entries, exits, price targets or forecasts. It is not investment advice.

Yes, for example for trades per day, a daily loss limit, risk per trade or a trading window. The app detects 16 kinds of rule breaks and marks them after import or sync, not while you trade.

In the evening review the score starts at 100. Rule breaks, moved stops, tilt and overtrading lower it.

The coach is part of Pro. In the weekly brief it shows your numbers against your own plan, each with evidence from your trades, and asks you about them. It gives no trading signals. An AI chat with the coach is in preparation for Elite.

You can switch on in app alerts for tilt, overtrading and losing streaks. They are based on your imported trades. The app does not monitor your terminal while you trade.

The app marks rule breaks from the first imported trade. Patterns like revenge trading need several trades.

Trader psychology is part of Elite. A questionnaire across 12 behaviour areas and 4 more that for now only show your self assessment, plus a comparison of your self assessment with your trades. The app traces how a pattern plays out for you: trigger, thought, action, outcome. Plus if then plans and exercises over 8 weeks.

The psychology features require your consent. If you withdraw it, your answers, plans and goals are deleted immediately.
